Cold House completion marks the end of our Denmark Hill development project.

After four years our development project at Denmark Hill has come to an end. This project is the final phase of a self-initiated and self-developed project. It began with with the renovation of a derelict 1820s shop and flat, creating a site to the rear for ‘Cold House’ - a new-build 2.5-bedroom home. This new unit replaces a disused storage unit accessed via a neglected Camberwell alleyway, transforming the streetscape.

The building’s materiality reflects the industrial vernacular of its environment, and sets a precedent for the regeneration of the alleyway that is modern but contextually responsive.
